BIKE FIT
An assessment and adjustment of your bike and your position on the bike to improve performance and reduce pain or risk of injury caused by cycling. A bike fit provides enormous benefits for all cyclists, both those experiencing pain while cycling and those who want a fit for improved performance, increased power and muscle efficiency, improved aerodynamics, and improved reduced injury risk. A bike fit appointment will involve a discussion of your current cycling history and goals, plus discuss and assess any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing when cycling. The physiotherapist will put your bike on a stationary trainer and evaluate and adjust your bike position, body position, and cycling technique. Private heath rebates available!
ENDURANCE COACHING
Sarah is a qualified triathlon coach, and has been coaching endurance athletes of all abilities for many years. Endurance coaching involves programming of week to week training sessions, discussions regarding race strategies, training program modifications, and technique advice. Athletes coached by Revolution Sports Physio also receive discounted Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning and Bike Fit services.
